The many roads to Bitcoin and regulation usage is one of them. The bottom line is that once the people begin using crypto currency and they become familiar with them then once they find out about Bitcoin they will leave the regulations and become a free patron of Bitcoin.

Vietnam is not banning bitcoin fyi, they just wont allow it as a form of payment because the VND is the national currency and all payments must be done through it. You can still buy, sell, hold and trade, perfectly legal.
