3:55 Set timezone starts. But he's already in root and if you're not in root or it asks you to be in root do this in terminal "sudo su" no quotation marks press enter and put in your password. From there you can finish the video. I had to do this because after I upgraded to version 19.04 the Date section was grayed out and couldn't change the timezone after I got back to the U.S. from Europe.
