This video shows you the steps to install VMware Workstation 15 Pro, which allows you to install and run a virtual machine on buntu 18.10/19.04.
To install VMware Workstation 15 Pro (15.1.0) on buntu 18.10/19.04:
Step 1: If you have not previously installed Ubuntu with VMware, please refer to the video or article below.

Step 2: After installing Ubuntu, download VMware for Linux from the following link before starting the installation of VMware Workstation 15 on your system.

Step 3: After downloading VMware 15 to buntu 18.10/19.04 desktop, press Ctrl + Alt + T to open Terminal.
Step 4: Before installing VMware 15, execute the “sudo apt-get update” command in the Terminal to update the Ubuntu package list.
➦ sudo apt-get update
Step 5: After updating your package list, you can now start installing VM Workstation 15.
Step 6: Go to the location where you downloaded the VM Workstation 15.bundle file in Terminal.
Step 7: Run “chmod +x FileName.bundle” to make the file run.
Step 8: Then run “./FileName.bundle” in Terminal to start VMware 15 installation.
Step 9: Watch the entire video to install VMware 15 on buntu 18.10/19.04.
