Too small to see what it is you are doing and when you talk about it, you assume that people know wtf you are referring to or where you are in the system.

"Apt-get" does not work for "most Linux distros". It works for Ubuntu and Debian based distros

LFS, here make your own linux from scratch! oh wait, use this list, and download these files because thats what is needed. Here's a bunch of commands, just read the book.
why not just download Ubuntu and install it?
